Malaysia Lifts Annual Funding for Neighbourhood Watch Groups to RM10,000
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has approved a significant boost to grassroots community policing, increasing annual funding for Neighbourhood Watch Areas (KRT) to RM10,000 from RM6,000, with disbursements beginning January 2027.
