Alibaba challenges Pentagon's military blacklist designation in US court
Alibaba has sued the US Department of Defence to challenge its designation as a Chinese military-linked company, arguing the Pentagon violated constitutional rights and due process in placing it on a blacklist of firms allegedly supporting Beijing's military.
