Sime Darby Property launches RM2.6 billion sukuk programme for new economy projects
Sime Darby Property has tapped Islamic capital markets, issuing a RM2.6 billion sukuk wakalah programme through its New Economy Venture subsidiary to finance emerging sector real estate projects across Malaysia.
