Court of Appeal Slashes Guan Eng's Damages Award Against Muhyiddin to RM450,000
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has substantially reduced general damages awarded to DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng in a defamation case against Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, cutting the award from RM1.05 million to RM450,000 in connection with disputed tax exemption statements.
