Ajinomoto Malaysia Parent Seeks Privatisation at RM20 Per Share
Ajinomoto Co Inc, controlling 50.38% of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd, has proposed taking the monosodium glutamate producer private at RM20 per share, valuing the transaction at RM603.4mil and offering shareholders an exit at a significant premium.
